To make use of PowerPoint's 'presenter view' feature, I'm using an 'extended desktop.'  (See http://sfrantz.wordpress.com/2009/11/26/powerpoint-2007-presenter-view/.)  I can drag the iClicker toolbar over to the projector's screen just fine.  But the display graph always appears on my computer's monitor.  To show it to the class, I have to drag it over to the projector's screen for each question.  To  make matters worse, the answer bar stays on my computer's monitor, so I have to mouse back to select the correct answer.  Is there a way to set the default to 'display graph on monitor 2'?
